Killers will now stay behind bars if they don't reveal whereabouts of victims' bodies
Interesting link seemingly lost in the bottom of the BBC site that I found.
Appears that people that dont reveal where victims bodies could be held forever in prison until they divulge the location.
Seems well intended, but what happens if they are actually innocent or they really cant remember. Was it possible that Brady could have rememberd the location even if he had wanted to?
