This is a really interesting website, thank you so much for all your hard work gathering all of these cases together. I was reading the case of Joseph William Noble and spotted two errors:
1. Paragraph 11 - The date given for when Joseph William Noble worked at the Works in Gateshead is 4 November 1908 but it should be 4 November 1907
2. In the final line it states: When the judge asked him if he had any remarks to make John Patterson said 'If you want any more remarks, I might say you can break my neck, but I don't think you'll break my heart'.
The remarks would have been said by the defendent Joseph William Noble and not the murdered victim John Patterson
