insert code here I note that some people regard the vanishing of Pamella Exhall as an unsolved murder. However, there has never been any evidence indicative of a murder having taken place at Snettisham, Norfolk.
I think the remains of Pamella are beneath the mud adjacent to a cockle-bed at Snettisham.

There is a chapter in Evil in East Anglia, a very sad case. Pamela's parents died without knowing what happened. Peter Tobin was a suspect but I think he was ruled out. In 1990 a family member mentioned Pamela's disappearance in a newspaper article. I remember it happening in summer 1974, the year I left school.

Pamela was small and very slim. She looked much younger than 22, could a predator who preyed on very young girls have taken her? It seems a distinct possibility. Peter Tobin had jewellry which he kept from his victims. Pamela's family were unsure if it was her's. Some sources have ruled him out though he was known to be in the area

I have been in contact with a former polce officer who thinks Pamela was killed by a fisherman who had been digging for bait. He killed her during a sex attack and buried beneath the mud below the tideline.
